  • Invite scholars to write a poem in the shape of their choice
  • Create and provide an outline of the ice cream cone shape for pupils to write in so they can get the feel of how big a shape should be when writing a shape poem
  • Brainstorm shapes of a certain theme and allow learners to choose their favorite to write about
